I am a registered Weight Loss Practitioner, Health Coach and Personal Trainer. Previously, I was a Dental Hygienist and Therapist. I am also the blessed mum to 3 sons and 2 step-sons.

I would like to help you reconceptualize your view on failure. You will start to like exercise and find it enjoyable to do! You will look forward to preparing and eating healthy meals. If you practice healthy habits with a balanced and long-term approach, you will be able to obtain a healthy life, reversing health issues and chronic illnesses. There are no short cuts to weight-loss and health, but that's okay because you have a long, healthy life to live!
